Fashion Inspiration Series: Part II

It's kinda hard to adjust to this weather england has at the moment! It's so on and off! So here's a few warm but cool outfits I like. I tend to stay simple colours lately. Next series is bikini series or makeup not sure yet.

Fashion Inspiration Series: Part I

I used to get asked quite a bit, how I would put an outfit together, what celebrities to look at and such, so here's a few pictures that I like, tend to stick to nude or black colours. I tend to look at kim kardashian, miley cyrus, vanessa hudgens, vanessa white, frankie sandford & nicole richie. But I do come across some pictures on tumblr and sometimes others in news articles and stuff.
I decided to make this a series thing as I have loads of pics.

My favorite/most used mac lipstick shades.

I have about 6 mac lipsticks and one lipgloss, because I just use the same shade! My favorite shade for everyday was always 'creme d'nude' I wore that for about a year and a half, but found it was close to looking a bit like foundation lips. But I recently purchased lady gaga 2 and it's the perfect shade nude for my skin tone! Well I think it would suit most (not all). My favorite pink shade is 'Lady Gaga', I bought pink friday, but still haven't even tried it yet!! And for red, 'Cyndi' it's a nice deepish red, Swatches above!

Daily Face Routine

I get asked quite regularly what make-up I use on my face. Some may think it's alot, some may not, but personally I like it for the moment and it'll stick, but sometimes I like a change. So above is all what I use brushes and make-up, I don't use my fingers for ANYTHING! Because even if I wash may hands i'll end up with orange finger prints everywhere somehow. So here's the products left to right:
#1 Gosh blusher brush - mom got it from superdrug, not sure it's about £7.99?
#2 Mac 190 brush - £26.00
#3 QVS (superdrug own) concealor brush - again not sure about £1.99?
#4 Bare minerals blusher brush - Came in the powder set, I think you can buy separately
#5 Mac Studio Sculpt NC30 - £23.00
#6 Mac Prep & Prime - £18.00
#7 (Top Powder) Mac Powder Bronzer Shade 'Matte Bronze' - £17.50
#8 Mac Select Sheer Pressed Powder Shade NC30 - £17.50
#9 Mac Powder Blush Shade 'Pink Swoon' - £17.00
#10 Mac Studio Finish Concealor Shade NW25 - £13.50
(Bottom) Cotton bud lid to squeeze foundation out onto instead of hand :-)

So first of all I use #6 under my eyes and nose as I have dry skin, but those two places get really shiny. Then conceal with #3 & #10 (she gave me the wrong shade, but you can't take back... so i'm getting a new one soon, nc30) over blemishes and all and my freckles. Then use #2 & #5 all over, two THIN layers for better coverage. I like flawless faces. Next I use #1 & #8 all over my face, change to #7 with the same brush but go round the outside of my face to give it a kind of '3D' kind of look. Bronzed, without the overly full bronzed look. Finish off with #9 and that's my face finished! Like I said this is MY way, if you don't like it, it doesn't matter I don't change the way I do anything until I like to :-)

P.S Yes the picture belongs to me!

OUTFIT.

Ignore the hair can, But this was a total Kim.K inspired outfit. Obviously I haven't got the money for a hermes belt or a balenciaga bag but here's my high street version!
Shirt - Marks & Spencers £35
Jeans - River Island £39.99
Belt - River Island £24.99
Shoes (Not shown) - River Island tan sandals - £39.99
Watch (Gold Casio mens) - eBay - £24.99
Bag (Also not shown) - River island Black and gold satchel - £39.99
I'm only 17 and wearing heels around my city would look far too silly!

Deco Phone Case

I recently decided I wanted to make my own deco phone case, as I would in the end save money. I bought everything apart from the bow from eBay. It only come to about £12 and was so worth it! I love it! It took me about 1 hour 45 mins to do, but turned out really well. I'm really into crafts ever since I was little so this was so fun! The gem sizes are 3mm,5mm,8mm,10mm. I used a glue called GS hypo glue, it isn't the best and proberly would purchase again, but it is okay, it's just good for if it touches the top of the gem it doesn't remove the shine. My friends were like you should sell them! but it would take so long but I think I could make quite a bit of cash from it!
